This card was made with a variety of different colour schemes but the same design. This was possible using inkjet technology to make small runs of the different cards with out the set up price problems of process colour. This card was made to be given to tourists as they got off a coach outside the shop. The driver would then collect them before departure. Of course many were thrown away. They were faced to give them longer life in pockets but without the expense of laminating.
Normally below 500 cards we print using inkjet and laminate both sides, above 500 process colour with only the front laminated.
This card was almost fully printed to leave just the white in the targets. This card is made with a colour printed text reverse with space to write appointments. It is plastic faced on the front to ensure it lasts a couple of uses per client. It has also been made using process print & front lamination for larger orders (>1000)
This card was made in very small quantity for several of the company executives, around 50 - 100 each. Gloss laminated both sides for a heavy quality feel and to really bring out the colour. This card was full process print, front matt laminated and exported to bahrain. 5000 cards were cheaper for the client than buying locally, despite the cost of postage, and better quality!

PLASTIC DATA CARDS

These cards have laminate construction and are approx. 0.5mm thick. They are 55x85mm and have rounded corners and gloss finish, very similar to credit cards. Variable data can be printed, including sequential numbering & barcodes. Signature strips and silver scratch panels can be added. Prices vary between around 39p each in low quantities with colour print both sides and all the extras, to around 15p in large quantities with black and white reverse and no extras. Please ask for a quote for your specific requirements. Minimum order on these is 500 but we can provide a similar solution in lower quantities.

These cards are made using very high quality inkjet print on special paper and laminated using extra thick plastic for the ultimate in quality for very short runs of cards, typically between 20 and 50.

This card was made to a totally custom design incorporating lamination and facing and untreated writable surface.

We can make cards to credit card, specialist or USA size. The one directly above is the outside of a folding card, spelling as requested by client. All the business info is on the inside and it is all laminated except one side of the inside which is left free to write the deal or quote on.
